How long will my order take to make?

• Every piece is meticulously made to order, time varies based on multiple factors but generally, we aim to get pieces out for shipping within 3-4 days.

 

How long will it take to be delivered?

• After it’s been made, Europe 3-5 business days, rest of World 6-7 business days. We send everything through Royal Mail Tracked so you can see where your parcel is when it leaves us and is shipped to you.

 

How do I look after my Soleil and Celeste Pieces?

• We tend to use semi-precious gemstones and freshwater pearls in our creations which need a little more care, so do not drop them especially on hard surfaces. It’s important to not wear them in a pool, in the shower, or to bed. If you want to clean, use a polish cloth to polish your pieces.

 

What are your return policies?

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
