How long will my order take to make?

• Every piece is meticulously made to order, time varies based on multiple factors but generally, we aim to get pieces out for shipping within 10 days.

 

How long will it take to be delivered?

• After it’s been made, Europe 3-5 business days, rest of World 6-7 business days. We send everything through Royal Mail Tracked so you can see where your parcel is when it leaves us and is shipped to you.

 

How do I look after my Soleil and Celeste Pieces?

• We tend to use semi-precious gemstones and freshwater pearls in our creations which need a little more care, so do not drop them especially on hard surfaces. It’s important to not wear them in a pool, in the shower, or to bed. If you want to clean, use a polish cloth to polish your pieces.

 

What are your return policies?

• Since pieces are made specially for you when you order, we can’t take returns once it’s been created.
